Thank you for choosing Toshiba. We would like to inform you that all Toshiba HVAC products are guaranteed to function properly. Below you can find the warranty details that apply to the Greek market, per product category (*terms are provided in Greek).
7 years warranty for all system parts, for Residential Air-Conditioning products
Applies to Toshiba split (1:1) AC units with nomimal Cooling capacity up to 24.000BTU/h that operate with R32 refrigerant and have been purchased later than 21/09/2018.
5 years warranty for compressors
Applies to Multi-split units, regardless of their refrigerant type and High-wall units that operate with R-410A refrigerant.
5 years warranty for compressors
Applies to Light Commercial high wall, console, ceiling, cassette, ducted, regardless of their refrigerant type that have been purchased later than 01/04/2019
3 years warranty for all VRF system parts
Applies to Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems that have been purchased later than 01/04/2019.
2 years warranty for all system parts, for Heat Pumps
Applies to all air-to-water Heat Pumps.
